Happy November everyone! Thanksgiving is near. This is the holiday where we celebrate what we are thankful for. Boy, do we need it this year. I learned that showing gratitude to others is essential to your well being especially when you do not know how someone is feeling. It could just make their day ten times better. Gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships. People feel and express gratitude in multiple ways. So for the next 15 days, I want to challenge you to show gratitude to 15 people. You can buy them a gift from my website. Everyone loves gifts.
